I passed my EMT-B class and am now qualified to ride in an ambulance and give large doses of oxygen, smaller doses of oral glucose, and the occasional nasty canister of activated charcoal.

If you have a stomachache, a headache, or an unsightly skin blemish, however, please do not ask me what's wrong.
