As Loathe As I Am

to forward possibly unsubstantiated rumors of mountains where the light of day might reveal molehills, this really, really chaffs my hide.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the CIA "is withholding a damning report that points at senior officials." That report happens to be on 9/11, and it supposedly points fingers and names names. It's being withheld until... yeah, you guessed it, after the election. (You can read the text of the article here if you don't feel like signing in to the LATimes, and good on yer.)

These past four years have made it so damn hard to have a meaningful yet passionate discussion of the Administration without sounding like some kind of tin-foil wearing freak.
