I gave [livejournal.com profile] callahanshappy the letter L, and he knocked it out of the park so far that I was ashamed of my own pitiful (and rather unthought-out) selection for the letter B. I asked him for another letter (and another chance), and he obliged with the letter P.

Once more, with feeling! )

One of a series.

List 10 songs that begin with the letter given to you and explain why you picked them. Comment and I shall give you a letter. [livejournal.com profile] aceofkittens gave me a "B." (I deserve an "A.")

Make with the clicky to see my answers. )

I am a slave to the memes. Damn you, [livejournal.com profile] rimrunner!

Top of the Pops? )

I don't know about you, but what I get from this is that I was not the target audience even back then.

If you happened to miss the heyday of Led Zeppelin, you'll be pleased to find that they've been reincarnated, prehumously, as a trio of young Aussie graphic artists who call themselves Wolfmother.

Highlights include Apple Tree, Woman, and Mind's Eye from their recently released eponymous CD, but hell, just about everything they do is fun. Pop on over to their website (heavily, heavily Flashed) for a listen to Mind's Eye.
