Today's beer is Hitachino Nest White Ale brewed by Japan's Kiuchi Brewery. It's remarkably similar to Ginga Kogen's offerings, though with more citrus behind each sip. Kinda like a Hefeweizen with a healthy dose of lemon. Refreshing, but probably not worth plunking $3 at BevMo for another bottle.
