Am I the only one who remembers a time when flip-flops were shower-shoes?

O..M..F..G, I want to have Jon's child. Or at least to be able to kowtow in front of him, chanting 'we're not worthy!'

While I'm wishing, I also want about 50 more of the chimp's flipflops on that tape. and I want it run 24 hours a day against Fox Frickin' News, and EVERY time I hear a Rethug mention the words 'nuance,' 'flipflop,' or whatever, I want to be able to shove a video player in their FACE with that tape running.

Actually, i take that back, i want that tape played behind Bush and Cheney's lying heads at the RNC. Dammit.

I think it is both awesome to watch Jon go after these guys with guns blazing (and yet, not spare the Kerry campaign either), and pathetic that the only time we see the Rethugs talking points tackled at all by the media, let alone tough and head-on, is on a comedy show that not all Americans have access to..

Fuck, man, i was writing up a rant on this very topic while i was away, except it was about how flip-flops have become fashion accessories and somehow appropriate to wear away from water.
