Knowing how much trouble it can be to clean a fish tank, how on earth would you clean the inside of that?

Wow, good question! At a guess, perhaps you can remove the crystal top when you need to clean it. God forbid you have to use the two soap-dish holes to get inside! You could lose a hand doing that.
