Sell the tinfoil hat. "Fed Ex" is a reasonable answer to "Most of this firm's 70,000 seasonal white-collar employees work only four months a year," especially when asked around this time of year. Ignore the fact that loading goods for shipping is only white-collar in countries where most people work in mines.
